Dial a Stamp custom makes personalised self inking stamps in a range of sizes, colours and brands to clients Australia wide, including Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania.
The website design was lacklustre and wasn’t as appealing as they would have liked. There was also a clunkiness in the way customer orders were being taken, while lots of manual work was required to take in custom order for stamp designs as well.
They wanted to improve overall user experience and customer order processes in order to stand out in their industry. With this goal in mind, a complete website revamp was due.
We created a custom-built solution on the WordPress + Woocommerce platform that allowed a user to upload artwork and preview it in a range of different stamp shapes and sizes. Being able to view the products in context increased the confidence in users to be able to create a stamp to their liking and provide an accurate order for our client to be able to produce the stamps.
In the first 3 months after launching, the store experienced a YoY +171% increase in Store Conversion Rate – almost double the ability to convert users into sales! Combined with the clients SEO efforts resulted in YoY +263% increase in online sales. Another huge cost saver was with the client’s process and time saved from having to go back and forth with customers orders, to having it automated through the website’s new custom ordering process.
